Cloud SMTP and shared inboxes
Create Nexus-scoped SMTP credentials and control who can use or reveal them.
Server-readable by design
Cloud SMTP credentials must be readable by the VORTΞXHQ service so SMTP authentication can work. They are encrypted at rest and access-controlled, but they are not end-to-end encrypted.
Permissions
Only authorized Nexus members can manage or reveal a credential. A credential may be used without placing its secret throughout project documentation. Remove access or rotate the credential when a member no longer needs it.
