Specialist Agents (Architect, Dev, QA, DevOps)
The four specialist agents are invoked by the Global Orchestrator (or directly) to cover the full software lifecycle.
Project Architect
Designs systems before code is written: requirements gathering, data modelling, API specifications, project planning, and risk analysis. Outputs structured artefacts (Markdown spec + JSON manifest) that the Developer agent can consume directly.
Developer
Implementation expert. Generates code that follows the project's existing conventions, runs migrations, performs self-review, validates security, and commits with descriptive messages. Honours the testing-enforcement skill and never marks a task done without green tests.
QA Tester
Quality assurance specialist. Creates Pest/Jest/Flutter tests, measures coverage, runs performance benchmarks, performs security testing, and automates regression suites. Refuses to ship if coverage drops below the configured threshold.
DevOps / Debug Detective
Two-in-one role. As DevOps it handles deployments, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, scaling, backup & recovery. As Debug Detective it leads troubleshooting workflows: error analysis, root-cause hunting, and prevention test creation.
Invoking specialists
You can call any specialist directly from the AI Command Center, or let the Global Orchestrator pick the right one based on your prompt. Specialist memory and resource memory are shared across the team.
